Not with that one—that looks like a 20-tooth. If you have an odd-numbered sprocket, you can grind off every other tooth. If you do this with a new sprocket made for thinner, more modern chain, it may make a slight bit of noise as the chain shifts laterally along the thinner teeth, but it will work fine.
 
I'm pretty sure you could just remove the lock ring, remove the sprocket and thread on a ND 1 inch pitch sprocket.


Yeah, there's a couple on ebay. 10-15 bucks.
