CWC muscle man decal placement

Hey all,
I just purchased a classic CWC muscle man decal for my Roadmaster cruiser.

Does anyone out there have a bike with this decal on it that can give me the measurement from either the bottom bracket up, or down from the cross bar?
I'd like to place mine as close to the 'stock' position as possible.

I put mine on here..but I just did what looked good to me. I got it from SlyRed a member and I bet he knows to the .001" the position
