Here's the deal, when I bought these they were in a pile on the floor of an old leaky warehouse. Even though these are NOS they were not stored in ideal conditions.
Some of are still in the packages some are not.
Some are in perfect condition, some have a little light rust and a few (very few) may actually have some pits in them.
Since the bags are so deteriorated there is no guarantee that any hardware or instructions will be included.
Bumpers (there are 2 sizes model 200 & model 209)
Backrests
Just think of all the musclebike fans that will be there now. 8)
