Dyno BMX bike?

Hello, everyone.
I found this bike for sale at local second hand marketplace website, and it looks like Dyno to me. The frame shape and the stem, the dropout shape tell it's Dyno.
However i am not a pro and do not have really lot of BMX knowledge. Can you help me to identify it? The seller asks 50$ for it.

I don't think it is Dyno. The giant downtube dates it as fairly newish (I'd guess early 2000s) probably department store (with the opc, and do I spy a chainguard?). I'm not a freestyle guy, but Dynos would have had a dangly bit where the top tube meets the seat mast...either the frame curving down from the platform, or a brace.
