electra 3speed wheel set

anyone have luck shipping wheel sets compared to whole bikes?i have a new electra wheel set,wide aluminum powder coated rims,shimano 3 speed,black diamond tires,al new stuff taken off an old crusier that the guy wanted to restore back to og,im askin $200 for it all,shifter etc,but i have had bad luck shipping bikes they always end up damaged,any thoughts?thanks
