Firestone Speed Chief

I picked up this old Firestone from the guy who hot rodded it in the 1960s! Untouched in his moms attic since 1966! The amazing thing is he had all the original parts too!

Aired up the tires and took it for its first ride in 45 years! 60 degrees in Iowa on January 5th!

A stocking hat at 60 degrees?

Cool bike. Looks like the paint was stripped back then. The old parts would look good on the rusty frame.

I don't have hair so the hat is always on this time of year! Its painted gold. I will spray the frame white again and replace the original parts

Awesome, I used to have that exact bike, colour and all. Super sweet rider, but I ratted it, then sold it, lol. Nice!
