It all started because I was looking for a tank bicycle so I made one in the mean time. Then I found tanks for the china girls and decided to put one on it

Every time I wreck it it changes a little.

It has flipped down a hill

bucked me off at an intersection fallen out of the truck and t-boned an idiot who blew a stop sign

all for the better I think. It is a much more comfortable solid ride than the butt numbing first edition

Even if the .... exhaust keeps falling off at the most in opportune times

Thanks, I put them up there to put the headlights in them but never get around to it.

I take that back these worked I just never got around to putting them back in. Cheesey flashlight in the tail lamp worked too

I don't think I'll ever do a Chinese 2 stroke again after my bearing cage broke and the motor locked up when I was doing almost 40mph; er go back wheel locked up and I started fishtailing with a skidding back wheel before I pulled the clutch lever and got off the street.
But I did come away with a fix for the exhaust coming off... Replace the studs with allen head bolts and good lock washers. Never came off the motor again; although the muffler did brake off at the head pipe and had to be welded back on but that's different.

I have been tempted to use a pit bike motor from KTM on a reinforced frame. Maybe scavenge a little Honda. I have a gc 160 sitting in the garage collecting dust that has never been fired waiting to go on one of my Hiawathas. I just haven't made time to do it.

Had a customers cheesy chinesse motor do me the same. I got scarred!
Strongly suggest a centrifugal clutch, or for longivity, a jack shaft with a freewheel in back.

I have centrifugal clutch on the Morini and I plan to use moped hubs on this one

I fixed my cheesey Chinese exhaust with an Italian one I welded to another bicycle frame.
Also collected another trophy with it so copping a snook at China girl haters. If you need some one else to repair your motor you should probably stay in a car where it's safe". Just sayin

You guys would really hate on the stuff they were riding with mower engines on them 80 years ago
