First shot at fender drop

Liked the look of the low slung fenders I've seen on a few bikes around here.. decided to try it out myself

pardon the zipties lol



have to admit I was expecting the rear to catch and get ripped off... to my surprise it only hit twice with no sustainable damage

You can do this with the stock fender. Unbolt it, roll it back. Bam!

Just my 2 cents~~~~~

Since I couldn't match the patina on this fender, I decided to mount my battery tube there. It fills the space up pretty good. Also added an additional fender brace over the top of the rear wheel. It keeps the fender from flopping around so much once it's rolled back.
