I got this bike several years ago and haven't done anything with it except strip off the damaged parts. The rear wheel was half rotted away and the crank had one arm broken off. It is a Mead Ranger, made in Chicago probably in the 1920's. It was found in a barn in the U.P. of Michigan.

I am guessing if anybody can bring this one back from the dead it will be you .

Crusty but not yet gone.

I had a pc crash last month and lost a few things, can't seem to make any pics work anymore. I had some in the bucket so thats what I got. I have another rear rim to lace to the hub, and a pair of 28" tires to glue on the rims.

tank/toolbox open only had some old tire patches and valve cores in there.

this is how I got the bike, the fork is bent, crank broken, rear wheel rotted away. Sorry if it looks like I'm going backwards.
