I have a Traveler that tall and a Nishiki frame as well. I also have a smaller framed Nishiki and am thinking about swapping parts to get the big boy rolling. My Schwinn is 36" from the ground to the top tube (standover ht) so I need to lean over to stop on it but my youngest boy rides it no problem. (he's 6'3")

We've swapped the bars to straight bars and 700c rims

Here are some of the tall road bikes I have seen. Although not as extreme as the previous examples, they are still huge.

I saw this Azuki at the bike co op a while ago. It was being sold for $70. At the half off sale, a man who is 6'7" bought it for $35. My Voyageur 11.8 is the red bike right next to it.

Blue Panasonic, $100. It is still there. Even if it just needs new cables.

Red Panasonic hipster bike, $95. It is still there, even after a year. This bike just needs a new brake cable and anchor plate.

Red-ish pink Schwinn singlespeed. Someone dumped it, and it sold before I could find out the price.

A 1982 Schwinn LeTour 3 that I turned into a singlespeed, then removed the parts from so I could put them on a smaller bike that fits me.
