Looks like a '50s-era Snyder-built (aka Rollfast) with an AMF Snowflake sprocket hung on the crank. Someone will probably be able to look at those dropouts and let you know with a year or two the exact year of production.... of course, a seial number always helps, too...

I can't see the serial # anywhere. The frame is powder coated, so if the # was faint it looks like its been filled in. There isn't even an impression to hint as to the # location. I was hoping that would help hone things in a bit more.
