Hi, my name is David. I'm 55 and have been building bikes since my early teens. I went to motorcycles, then to cars, and now have been getting back into bicycles. First bike I built was a Captain America tribute, 20 inch, extended fork, wood, red, white and blue "tank'. banana seat, tall sissy bar. I was 13. Went to an inverted frame, tall bike. Dad and I built it from a 26 inch snyder. Rode it all over town with a buddy on a unicycle, we got lots of thumbs up. 40 years later I am working on a 56 Schwinn panther and a 45 Huffman. Have been looking here for some time and decided to join.
