Greetings all... I need some help. I just bought this Shelby flying cloud at a church bike swap meet this past Saturday in Whittier,CA. Now I am very new to the vintage bike scene so I am sorry if some of my questions sound a little weird... But first let me give you some bike info. The bike appears to be all black with white tipped fenders, some red pin striping on the bike to include the forks. both wheels seems to have two white pinstriped lines (Pic is at the bottom). The tire sizes read 26 x 2.125

1. I was told this bike is pre-war, does that mean bike built before World War II? If so is it?

2. Does any one have any detailed information on this bike?

3. There are two holes in the front fender, where I take it a light went.. What light came with this bike?

4. Does anyone know where I can see some photos of this bike in its mint condition?

Thank you all for your help, it is greatly appreciated.

~Jason

Prewar does mean before WW2, and it is hard to say.
