help me find this bike

ive been searching the site and havent been able to find this bike. i thought it used to be in the gallery, but maybe im wrong. does anybody know anything about it?

It was built by Buzzy from Magnolia Texas. Looking at some of his posts they all have the pics deleted , like he no longer has a photobucket account. I haven't seen him on here in a while.
