Help pinpointing year of stingray bicycle ( Riviera )

I came across an old stingray bike with "riviera" labeled on it. Any ideas on the possible year?

I'd say some time in the 70's. The cottered cranks tell me that this is not an American made bike, and that it was probably badged for some particular chain store. The seat and sissy bar appear to have been replaced with modern parts.
