My name is Russ. I live in Safety Harbor FL. I restore late '50's and early '60's bikes as a hobby. I tend to gravitate towards bikes with tanks and the always difficult to find intact tank headlughts. My restos are not fanatical have to be all original, but rather a modern update of the classic middleweight type of bike mentioned above. Basecoat/ clearcoat paint, new chrome, and for riding ease, ALWAYS a new Shimano Nexus 3 or 7 speed rear hub! Yeah, not purist restorations, but I have yet to have a complaint from anyone I have done a bike for. My bikes a useable, rideable, practical, and pretty darn good looking!

you'll fit right in here for sure,

I put a Nexus 3 on my RRBBO Bike and I love it!
It's very easy to work with and it index's beautifully.

I would love a Nexus 7 ,or 8 :mrgreen:, on a future build.
