Barn find, owner did not know the bike was there--outside leaning against a shed covered in weeds.

Hiawatha Jet-O-Matic (year unknown -- 60s?) The is a number on the head badge, and one on left drop-out

Sold as is--I only sprayed the dirt/wasps nests and spiders off the bike and appears to be all original.

Front fork appears straight.

Wheels both spin freely by hand, rims evidence of pin striping, tires (26" x 1.75) are shot. One side of both rims has more signs of corrosion -- but they should clean up.

Komet Super rear hub—automatic two speed (condition unknown)--spins freely forward/backwards--put braking pressure on the crank and tension on rear wheel tightens, put drive tension on the crank and tension releases--brake seems to function. Cant get a true test as the crank rotation is hard and sticks--grease? bearing?

Paint seems original--faded but should buff out.

Chain guard label is faded--logo and labelling barely readable.

Fenders have a gothic look, they are decent in terms of dents and scratches, however the chrome shows some surface rust and should buff out.

Sprocket kind of cool with the stars, pedals spin.

Messinger seat--lichen included.

$170 shipped
