Ok i was watching some of the builds being made in this build off and i got inspired by all of it so i decided to have a go at it to:)

I live in holland and its too bad i cant find really nice old cruisers like all the bikes your building..
No schwinns, no elgins and all that kinda stuff, at least not for litttle..
I really like boardtrackers so i decided to create one myself and today i saw a oppurtinity..
We got this bike in today at my work and i saw some potential..

I m gonna chop the top tube and turn it around to make it a gents bike and add ssome tubing here and there;)
And im also gonna make my own springer frontend from scratch..

I found some parts today cleaning up my garage
A brooks saddle and grips
A headlight and a taillight that i am converting to led which will be powered by an dynamo hub from shimano
I want to incorporate the tail light some where in the frame but i havent figured that out yet..

Great start point and parts stash, particularly those cool grips. Over here in England we have the same issues as you guys do with project material so you're not alone.

So today i bought and found some parts again:) and...
I decided i'm gonna donate my lowrider frame and wheels to my build..
So i'll chop my old frame up for the rear part of my frame:)
My motto is if you don't ride it, chop it!

Found an old rear fender from my first bike (still not.sure if i'm gonna use this or maybe the ducktail i also found, sorry, no pic from the ducktail) and if i'm not wrong i still also have the chainguard somewhere laying around bit i couldn't find it...

My front wheel that i'm gonna relace with the dynamo hub and stainless spokes.
And the rear wheel is a 2 speed kickback Sachs hub

I need the back of the frame for widening for the bigger tire;)

I like that loop-tail section. I also like your velosolex 5000. I'm keep seeing mopeds in the back ground of this years build-off photos. I get distracted easily.

Great grogress so far, Ive always wanted to do a flipped girls frame bike... I also love scooters/mopeds is that a Zundapp?!?!? sooo cool, you should turn that into a sweet cafe racer project some time ;)
