The handlebar is mounted to the fork crown. I don't know how the steer tube is attached, something recessed for aerodynamics I guess.

The "board tracker" look found here is a copy of classic motorcycles and I wanted a real bicycle board tracker represented. And hey, they look pretty cool too.

Thats a pretty cool bike. Never seen nothing like that before. I wonder how they got the stem to work like that?

karfers got a thread here called 'rowdy red dingo' where the stem is mounted on the bottom.
my guess is they just inverted the wedge and bolt to the under side and there ya go

It's gotta be really tricky to lace up the shoes with them permanently attached to the bike...
