So I finished my build today and with the help of another member I will post it here because I originally posted it in another spot because as I've said before I started this build I'm new here so thank you all for your patience. As far as the name of the bike goes it means nothing more than the fact that I was inspired by the beer I was drinking which is Kona big wave, which is Awesome by the way, and the colors of the bike. So without further ado I present Kamehameha.
Sorry about the repeat and small pics. I tried to edit but this is how it came out.

I hope you all like it, couple of things... I had to Frankenstein the headset together so it's not quite right... And I still have to reattach the Excelsior badge. The mounting screws for the badge did not exactly cooperate so I ultimately ground the heads off and left the shafts in the frame and basically just ground them smooth which means the badge is going to get reattached with some sort of adhesive. As soon as it stops raining here in South Florida I'll get it to the beach and take some killer pictures

Looks like a great ride!
I saw the name and thought we might have a new member from Oahu. I travel the Kamehameha highway all the time.

Awesome color combo!

Lol...well IMO, a beach cruiser should be "photo'd" at the beach.

@El Pocho , just fyi in case no one else explained it, your very first photo at the top of this Finished Bikes thread, will be the one they post in the Voting Booth once the build off time frame is up. So if you have some 'beach' photos that we aren't seeing here, that might make the bike really 'pop' or have a cool setting, you can always throw one up on the top of your thread; just edit the first post.

Came out nice!!!!

Whats not to love about a BMX cruiser, great first project for the forum !

I’m not sure how I missed this build thread, but somehow I did. This is a sweet build.

You might might wanna try to drill out and tap with something like this...
The smallest size in this kit is 6-32 which is probably small enough. I use this kit a lot. Your bike came out beautiful BTW!!!!

Love it. I want to build something like this for myself and my teenager soon. I need to find your build thread. Nice job!

Thank you everybody for the kind words. The build thread is entitled: "let the wrenching begin"
and the bars are black-ops "dawg bars"
