Late 40's early 50's JC Higgins Balloon Tires?

Hello Everyone,
I am about to start restoring my JC Higgins and want to do it as close to original as possible. The tires that are on it are not stock I was wondering what is the closest to original tire I can buy new when I get ready to build. I am also looking for a tank and fender skirts if any one has them for sale pm me. Thanks in advance

Sears bike tires were Allstate brand. Not sure what the JC Higgins bikes came with though. Gary

I checked in my book of catalogs and it says they had Allstates on them.
