have lots of choices so 26 inch, hard tail, front suspension, from a pile of parts and see what shows. just trying to figure out how to post pictures.
Well took it for a ride and decided to call it "Gut Buster"
My knees were in my chest and she gets going like a bat out of heck.
Started with a bare bones KHS frame.
Gave it beach cruiser tires.
Spring saddle. (Brooks)
Strait spring loaded forks, don't remember where I got them but I got them.
52/44 tooth front crank.

Re: Late Start,

You better work fast and get some photos posted too.
Good luck!

Re: Late Start,

Thanks Glen for the words and the Instructions.
Got a few pictures just need to follow the instructions.
Thanks The Renaissance Man and Kingfish254 for the encouragement.

Re: Late Start,

A few pictures

Start with the basic and let us see what we can do.

not crazy about ground pounding

flying mud is not wanted at this time.

and a soft seat is required

Added beach cruiser tires.

A broks style saddle

found a proper fitting bb.

added an alumimum 52/44 tooth crank.

put on a set of old school peddles and shortened chain.

now gonna have to add brakes because it requires them as she gets up to speed fast.

If you slide off of that seat, you'll only need to change one letter on your build name. :p

  good start man :!:

Instead of hose clamps need a way to attach the handle bars.

goose neck will do fine but got chop of part of the neck.

opps a little focused on the wrong item, but a better mount than hose clamps.

now just need to put on the brakes.

a neighbour taking my picture riding the gut buster.

The gut buster is completely ride-able and stop-able as well.

No more hose clamps just got to make them look nice.

opposite of what I like to ride.

need to be cleaned up.

but not bad for a couple of days of bolting on from the parts I have.

Boy Really am cutting it short. You must post photos of your completed bike in the "FINISHED RRBBO8" forum by 9:00 p.m. CST, August 4, 2013.

Still steeling parts from my bikes,

and I'm gonna be gelling

and making the parts I have looking nice.

tomorrow we can see what they look like back together after the paint dries.

found some derailleurs, nice solid and purdy. might not belong but will do.

Was able to separate and paint.

Getting impatient

But it is coming along.

Should I go solar?

Removing the goose neck stole the placement of the sifters.

I like the idea of clear hand grips. And tomorrow I will lengthen the chain and use the derailleurs.
