liberty is chicago cycle supply made by schwinn.
please post a pic of yers.
ive seen lots of liberty heavy weight but never another light weight.

Liberty was a Schwinn built bike from around WWII. Goodrich is another Schwinn re-brand. If your bike has a Goodyear badge, it probably isn't Schwinn, but there was both a Goodyear and Firestone Featherweight built by Colson during the war years.

What does the crank/sprocket look like? Are the hubs Schwinn labeled? Does it have an AS (Arnold Schwinn) stamped seat post or any other AS stamped parts?

I think a year ago I saw a 5 speed Murray made bike with Liberty badge decal but at the time I didn't know about that decal so now I do.

Its not an original featherweight now, It had a cracked headtube, that was re-welded, and then re-cracked. So the rear is a featherweight but the front is not. It had a Schwinn crank and narrow drop bars.
