Finally made some sparks fly. I'm trying to build this on the cheap without buying any tubing so there will be many casualties. Its for a good cause...

There was an experimental rear steer recumbent bicycle MIT built ages ago. At a bike show a few years back, the guy who built it, now in his 90s, took it for a spin. Also, it rode backwards so that he rode it by looking into a helmet-mounted mirror. He didn't even fall.

That was kind of my plan but its not looking good. This may be as far as this build goes for now. The summer is flying by and it feels like I'm not accomplishing any of the things I had planned to get done. All I really want to do is work on this but so much other stuff is blocking me from it. So frustrating.
