I decided to try a second entry.
This is a 1972 Schwinn fastback in kool Orange color. Chainguard is off a girls stardust. Thinking of using a girls seat dye white.
The bike was five speed with stick shifter I will change to coaster brake. Use a high loop sissy bar, mag sprocket, maybe white walls and white grips.
Repaint with factory match kool Orange paint.
Time is ticking.

Haha... Nice... Go get em!!! Think that'll need award for last minute entry...
Good luck, but I think u know your way around stingrays!!!
I like to do one bike a month. I do not often paint. The prep and painting will be the time burglar on this build.
Thanks for the encouragement.
This will be my Lagniappe (little extra) bike.

Now you are on the 'OddJob Build Timetable'...haha! One month (or less) is about my term as well. And, you win already for causing me to look up a new vocabulary word. 'Lagniappe'....nice....;)

I built my bike "Cousin of Death" in about 4hours out of spare parts hanging in the garage. I know you can do it!

So, it won't be orange? Or just new orange...

Decals applied on top of clear/seal
More sealant applied over decals
Will do a once or twice over with wet 2000 grit finishing block folllowed by polish.
I have white wall tires. And still on schedule to convert flower seat to white.
