metal bin find....girls bike

This bike has been sitting in the metal recycle bin down the street for a while. I'm not sure what it is yet, thinking 30's schwinn? Has a heart sprocket. Anyway, it's rough, but it's all there & i plan on making it ride again

I think its an Elgin. My 36 has the same fork with the same graphics, and the same frame pin stripes
