Initially I thought that was how it was done, but the disk brake was throwing me off, looked like the axle position would have to be set for it.

The caliper can move front and back a short distance if needed. It took quite a bit of adjusting to get right and hoping I don't have to do it often! I used a heavier 3/16" chain so I'm hoping it doesn't stretch too much over time.

one question, is it hard to turn when you don't have a differential?

.....!!! Only now in 2015 i've seen this post. I hope you can answer my question. Like nizzze said, have you problem on turning without a differential. Hope you can answer cause i would like to build a trike with 2 rear wheel drive, without building a differential or buying it.

This is a cool trike though.
