I know I don't want any chrome. All black.
Sorry, chrome is mandatory. This is a Muscle Bike build off. It can't be a muscle bike without chrome.

Take it down to the platers and have them dip the entire thing in chrome. (You might want to remove the tires first, although that would be cool)

Re: Moto-Muscle! Now what color...

Sounds like a plan!

Im looking to do something looking like this:

Re: Moto-Muscle! Now what color...

Understated and stealth.

Re: Moto-Muscle! Now what color...

I'm in the same boat. The bars are painted silver, and the sissy bar is raw. Nothing but the crank is chrome in the whole bike.

Re: Moto-Muscle! Now what color...

Finally figured out a way to mount the ihome. I have a box full of these brackets, and all I had to do was drill some holes.

Now time to strip down, clean up, and GET TO PAINTING!

With the ihome mounted, I'm now happy with the modifications. TIME TO STRIP!

Something was bothering me about the seat mount and how that tube stuck straight up.

All better!

All stripped down. Not the normal end result...

Got the paint! time for some bodywork.

Well, still going with kawasaki green and black, but my local ace hardware only had a neon green. Curious to see how it looks!

Cool! From what I understand some neon colors can fade slightly faster than standard colors so probably best to store it out of the sun when you are done just to be safe...

Luke.

I keep all of my bikes indoors! (I actually need to take a picture of my bike room. Its a bit crazy!)

Not yet. slowly working on sanding and filling everything. There are so many .... stickers on this thing!

Little update: Got my grips from porkchop!

And I'm starting to take excess bits off, like the brake mounts on the fork:
