Unique arrangement, and very interesting looking! Mags & tires work well with everything else going on. Must wheelie with ease. First time seeing that frame. I'd ride it!

What's with the rocker dropouts? Axle appears to be in halfway

Probably would do a wheelie good.; Catches air ,really well. It feels like you are floating around
while on the ground.

What you see: are:
Safety tabs.safety first.
Also the nut is extended nut ..
Both front and rear.

Speaking of Safety; I need to get a proper seat.
