Need some Photoshop help

I was wondering if any of the Photoshop-savvy members could help me out. I need two JCHiggins logos I created filled in with transparent backgrounds. One in black, one in gold with RGB of:
197:179:88

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Better to save as a PDF, you need a vector image, not a raster image to do this correctly.
