Lurked for a long time and been toying with bikes for a long time.

This one has been in pieces for over a year, finally got around to almost getting it together. Waiting on a few pieces and trying to decide what seat still will complete it.

Thoughts on the bike and for a seat? Thinking B67 as of now.

When you can't find a seatpost that work, you make one!

Did not want to hack up the frame to put a clamp on it, and didn't think a shim would be strong enough for a layback post like I need to get the seat low.

Few pieces of pipe, a wedge, long bolt and some washers!

To get it to work, used a wedge on the lower end to clamp tight. Welded a layback post on it and smoothed it up.

How's the fit of those Thick Slicks I'm going to run 26 inch wheels on my King, but do you think there's clearance for fenders?

Looks awesome! Love the BoardTrack style. Just switched to a different handlebar on mine... got a long cruise to do today. Hoping that it's aggressive and comfortable at the same time
