I love ape hangers but on this one I think the low bars look better. They just seem to flow with the frame better. The tall ones ain't bad though.

I think the low bars make it look sheepish, like someone sulking with their head and shoulders hung low. The apes give it an air of confidence or authority. It looks real fine either way though, but comfort prevails!

I hated the Beastie Boys for one reason back in the day.
I owned a vintage VW and lived in a apartment next to a middle school. I replaced the front VW hood emblem at least 3 times that school year because the kids kept stealing them to wear around their necks. :x I'm sure I wasn't the only one that happened to, but it was too bad I was slightly too old to appreciate their music and what the kids were doing.
Since then I have forgiven them and I like me some beastie boys too. :lol:
