Old bike

I bought this 1950 Columbia,I think,with some other old bikes.The head badge is missing and it was painted with a brush long ago.It had been in a shed for 35 years.The ser# is a short N7982.

That is the way it came to me.I'm thinking the apes will go on one of my other bikes.I have some bars that are more stock that will go in their place.I also have what we called gooseneck handle bars back in the day that may work.They are on my 65 Tiger rat now.
