No. I normally don't use Flickr but I just tested it and here's what I did..
Find your photo, click "Share" then Click "Grab the HTML/BBCode" then select the "BBCode" radio button. Copy the code and paste into your message here on Ratrodbikes. No need to use the IMG tags here.
