Possible Old school handle bars .. not sure of bike

Hi Does anyone know what BMX these handlebars are off.... the crossbar is very thin.... thanks Mike

Looks like your cross bar is attached higher, but it could be the angle
 
Much like the CW bar, when V-bars hit, they were so popular that everyone had a version. For the most part, if they come from a big manufacturer (be it Schwinn, Redline, Win, Wald, etc), they should be stamped. If they aren't stamped, they are either very early, or a knock off. If no stamp, look inside the tubing for a seam...if there is no seam, they are a quality chro-moly bar, if there is a seam, they are either knockoffs or a lower level (in the bmx world) manufacturer, like Schwinn.
 
On second pic, the bend looks notchy. I cant tell from the pic, is the bottom of the cross bar fully welded. Both would be an indication of a lower end bar.
No big deal would look great on a cruiser, just may not be something to resell or trade.
Id definitely run those bars, on a current project.
