IDK your setup, but we live rural and have DSL over POTS copper wire. We get a random network ip address assigned by our ISP.
Sometimes things get loused up. I power everything down including router and modem. I wait at least 7 min. then restart modem, router and computer. Fixes many odd problems was told this resets your equipment with telcos local switchgear.
Gets you a new ip address and usually speeds you up some.

I've had a few instances lately on my phone... I'm logged in all the time, but then...out of nowhere, I get a message saying I must accept cookies to do that action. My cookies are on, I'll try various clicking around and then it starts working again. Either my phone or the site has bouts of dementia here and there, I guess.
