Not a big fan of mountain bikes, but these two don't look like usually MTB, so I bought them.
These are the seller's pictures, I will post other tomorrow.

The Proflex is a 97, the Cannondale is a 91.
Any idea how much they worth?
 
Swap the tires out for some street tires and you will like them better. I would do 26x1.50 on the Proflex but maybe some Fat Franks on the Cannondale. Then you got a cruiser/strandie looking ride. You should do well.
