Quick help!!!... Haro Extreme MTB

Ok so I have been looking for a MTB for some time now...don't want anything fancy...looking to spend under $200 and I talked this guy down to $140 if I pick it up tonight or tomorrow. I really like the crazy frame but cant find any info on these. I know haro BMX bikes are pretty awesome but cant find anything about their MTB's and couldn't find this frame one MTBReview or bikepedia. Just want to make sure this sin't a piece of junk so any info or opinions would be awesome !!!

Clean bike. Really Really TALL. Are you 6'4" or taller? Nice bike in its day but fairly old. That U brake is old tech. I probably not buy it for that much.

No im 6'1" and I think I might pass on it and get something that would fit better and have an positive toptube angle.

I'd definitely pass on that one, that top tube is pretty much the exact opposite of what you want off-road. Pretty old bike too, looks like biopace chainrings maybe.

Yeah but it would feel like your riding downhill all day!This would make a ....... track bike.

Yeah I was thinking about going for something I could build into sort of a cyclocross bike something a little more race than rock but I think the height is going to be a problem.
