Recycled Cycles was a Orange County bike company in the 70's.
He's one I scored!
That's a slick cruiser! Never heard of that company before. Off to the googulator!
Hahaha apparently, it's the "original" cruiser! Guy copied a Schwinn design and created the beach cruiser market. Then Schwinn ripped off his idea and copied it back!
Ya this company got ripped off more then once. Ever here of a R.O.B.? Regular Old Bike Co. Exact replica of a Recycled Cycle except a R.O.B. has a sticker for a emblem on headtube and Recycled cycle has a ligit emblem with two rivets holding it on. I had a R.O.B. but I sold it.
ROB. rip off bikes.
Thats a good one
Enjoyed reading that history.
And Recycled Cycles 'recycled' their badge design from Mead!
