    Super cool. I have a future project that will use a patterson 2spd crank with a 7 or 8 speed internal hub...now I'm thinking, retro direct drive for 28-32 speeds :D. I may be getting carried away.

    Would be interesting to ride. Seems like there could be an advantage to having more of your weight over the pedal you are pushing down on...:39:
