Rockafella - 1953 Ruff Firestone Super Cruiser Finished Thread

Spent too much time playing around. So I'll keep it simple and post up pics and a link to the Build Thread.

I'll add the parts list and ancillary stuff later after the threads are unlocked.

BUILD THREAD IS HERE - http://www.ratrodbikes.com/forum/in...per-cruiser-finished-walkaround-video.103521/

Here is my voting pic

Here is a walkaround video

Here is what I started with. My goal was to make a bike that looked like Ruff Cycles built a Firestone Super Cruiser in 1953.

Liked this bike from day one! Perfect combo of parts. The colors bring me right back to the 50's and 60's, which I lived...and loved. This bike just makes me feel good.....Thanks KF

I wasn't in favor of the sissy bar in the beginning, but in the end it makes complete sense with the wacky bars!

As usual I'm sure that I'd be able to pick the Kingfish bike out of a line up! Your undeniable garish style shines through again!
Congratulations on another over the top bike!

Congratulations on another over the top bike!

Garish LOL :21: I'll take that as a compliment. Where is the fun in striving for mundane? You know me, if it isn't fun, I'm not gonna do it.

Glad you got the connotation, maybe I should've picked a better adjective like exuberant or flamboyant.:p You always have an over the top approach to your bikes, they definitely don't go unnoticed!

I got a chuckle and didn't take it badly at all brother. I've always loved the RRB builds that push the edge and crank it up to 11. These build offs encourage us to go past that "Point of Know Return". :) I proudly try to sail along their path.

Outstanding work again this year! I can see why you like to ride it everywhere. Looks comfortable and awesomely cool.

The flow from fender to fender and the classic colors work so well! You could hang an ENVY license plate on it and anyone who see' s it will nod in agreement.

Great job! [emoji106]

Prefect combo of classy and modern.

Good job Brian ! I hope you had fun building this !

I really did!!! It was a blast adding some American flair to a euro chopper frame. I love the riding geometry of it.
