Just saying hey. Been a lurker for awhile... got the fever... and today my '65 Schwinn Typhoon arrived. It had been "restored"... painted black with the original Schwinn lettering hand-painted on (poorly), but with the serial # in the right place, badge and everything else in order. It's got some issues, but I figure nothing this board can't help me resolve. I've been very inspired by what I've seen on here... got some ideas. My gal just got an older Raleigh as well. More later!
