Has anyone ever seen one of these? Any idea of value?
I was googling around trying to figure out what it was and was surprised there was ever an accessory to hold tennis rackets to your fork

I found one at Memory Lane a few years back. I have it on a Suburban. Neat little item.

I paid 5 bucks I believe. I got a good deal on it.

They are rare but then again, who wants a tennis racket holder on their fork now a days?
