This is an Electra Straight 8 stripped.......a "Scraped 8"

Well at least what it would look like without paint and polished up.I was thinkin of stripping mine and doing this so I asked my brother to do this with a foto first so I could see what it was like.I'm glad I didn't do it........

I don't know, I kinda like it. Nice and clean all stripped and shined up. Those are such cool bikes in the first place!

Yeah,it's not too bad,but the polished aluminum clashes with the polished chrome of the forks and that's what puts me off the idea.You might get away with it if you left the frame rough and unpolished like a custom hot rod car before it gets sprayed and all the roller marks are still in the skin....
