Its a regular park. There is about a 1/4'' on each side. I have changed the way
I true them. I cover all the threads on the nipples and then looking at them
from the inside, I screw each one the same. Then when I true them, its just
go all around and do a 1/2 a turn each one and when they are tight its really close.
Just a little tweaking and they are right.
Ok 30 minutes of polishing.

All single wall rims are probably made by one company in China, or Taiwan.These fit together well and are
easy to true.
The double wall ones are stronger, but they are a pain to spoke. Its hard to poke that nipple through those two walls.
These are fine for a cruiser, but I would imagine if you were doing some serious mountain biking
I would think the double wall ones would take more abuse.
Got the back one finished and on. Have to take it back apart and put the dust cover
back on. It fell off while lacing and I forgot to re install it.

Thanks Volt. Was just something to play with. At least now we know what will
take the paint off of these rims.

I stripped them with the Aircraft Stripper. Then I washed them down with hot soapy
water . Then I went over them with a green scuff pad to even the aluminum. Then used
a Harbor freight buffer with an 8'' buffing wheel and jewelers rouge. Last after they are
all shined ,I use Mothers mag and aluminum polish. It cleans off the jewelers rouge and
put a protective coating on the aluminum.

I have been using it for years. You can take a drill and put a 4'' buffing wheel
on it , with a 1/4'' bolt and a couple big washers....smear that mothers around
the buffing wheel and polish aluminum wheels on your car. It has some protection in
it and will last for several months in the elements. The only way to seal it really
good is to clear it after you buff them out. The problem with that is after a year
or so the clear will let corrosion get under it and then you have to strip the clear
off and redo it. Kinda a pain.

or buff it till it turns black, then it will be really shiny under the black.
It well worth the money. I have brought slotted mags back from the dead.
These were really nasty. They had years of corrosion on them. A few hours
with some mothers and my drill and they looked like new.
