Re: SOUL CATCHER (More copper work DONE)

Pretty cool!!
How strong are those? Or do you even need them for support with the way you mounted the wood?

Re: SOUL CATCHER (More copper work DONE)

I didnt do a weight test yet mainly put them on to stabilize the rack. thinking about moving the tops in so it can handle more weight but that will come later I have to figure out why the front hub keeps loosening up.

Re: SOUL CATCHER ( neighbors sofa had to die)

Very cool!
I love the seam done the middle!

Re: SOUL CATCHER ( neighbors sofa had to die)

It turned out better then I thought it would. I still have to trim off the back side but think it will look better then the black seat thats on soul catcher right now

still have to touch up the paint on the bottom but Im pleased how it turned out

Re: SOUL CATCHER ( neighbors sofa had to die)

Thanks, I wanted a leather seat with some kind of design on the bike but a $40 + seat was out of the question so with $3 in foam a piece of the neighbors sofa and stuff I had already had on hand, thats what I came up with

Re: SOUL CATCHER ( neighbors sofa had to die)

Nice job on the seat. This bike is looking "soul" fine!!

Re: SOUL CATCHER ( neighbors sofa had to die)

Thanks mitchelangelo
Took her out the other day for a shake down ride and rode about a mile with the kids, even tho its weights alot it rides like a dream. Now to try and find the second part of my build

Re: SOUL CATCHER ( second half of build started)

Guess you could say I got the second half of my build started. I got tired of trying to find a bike cart to tear down and use so Im going to try and figure out how to use 2 front wheels and make my own cart.
Heres what Im starting off with
