Stick Shifters Vs Grip

Any idea who makes (generic)stick shifters for a three speed hub the one on my trike is a Shimano and the original shifter says 3.3.3. on the handle, it is a grip shifter.

I am looking to convert this to a Stick cause I cant reach the hub with the original cable that came with it while mounted on my Ape Hangers.

Shimano also made stick shifts for the 333 line of hubs. They're a pretty direct bolt up, you can find used or NOS on eBay or in classified ads. They came in tall and short versions. I have a tall one on my '09 Schwinn Classic Al3, operating a Nexus 3-speed hub.
