I bought a pretty nice Trek road bike last Monday and it came with this seat. I think mice got to it. It's sadly is a really nice racing bike seat with chromoly rails.

Rodents or somebody really rode a lot of miles on that saddle.

There's clearly bite marks in the seat.

Still probably more comfortable than some of those cool looking old tractor style saddles.

    What do you mean?
I now want to see a full on tractor seat on a bicycle.

I have seen some springers on bike boom 10 speeds. It is because the owner wanted to get into the whole 10 speed craze, but still wanted to be comfortable. I did see one on a late 80s Schwinn Traveler and a bigger one on an early 80s Sekai road bike. Both of those were quite nice road bikes.

It's from the Hack Bike Derby. They build on a budget, and then bash 'em up in a old school way. Every bike is worth checking out.

PS I don't Minecraft, but my eight year old son does, so I hear about it all the time!

Grant, your thread reminded me; I'm BUILDING the ugliest seat in the world! IMG_20200114_124155832_BURST001.jpg *it's not the plastic bag and tape!

The bike this came off of was a early 1990s Trek 330. Besides some rust on the smaller parts, it is quite nice.

I've actually used a tractor seat on two builds. Most comfortable seat on any of my bikes. They're booty shaped, so no padding is needed.
