Where/What are the large triple tree headlight people are using on the bikes i"m seeing on this site? I cant find any details anywhere. Are they motorcycle lights, scooter headlights?? I need one, and need it to be functional.
Any help would be appreciated!

I know some guys are running model A or Model T headlights, about any old car light

It is also quite easy to make your own out of a coffee can cut down or a large flashlight, old bell, railroad lantern, moped headlights also work great. Really anything can be used. If you look on E-bay under Suzuki FA-50, Tomos, Trac, Motobecayne, Honda Express, or Yamaha QT-50, they should have something perfect Some units even have a speedometer built in. They normally go fairly cheap. Also some of the older ones are already 6 volt so a small lantern battery will power it. Most newer ones are 12 V though.

Also Off road lights or fog lights give a nice look too.

Or they make a few nice choices for bicycle headlights too

I've seen folks on here use utility lights from Walmart, old car lights, motorcycle lights, but I like old tractor lights best.

They are pretty easyto disassemble and convert to LED.
Here's a couple on eBay...

This one is already LED!

My next conversion will have one of these inside, wired to a switch and a 9 volt battery. I use my headlights very little though, honestly they're more show than go for me.

As a festoon holder, i just went to my local auto parts store and bought a pack of fuse holders. Or you can buy festoon bulb holder from eBay.
Here's a converted Spaceliner reflector-turned-tail light i did on my daughter's bike, I think there's only 9 LEDs in it.

With that fork you can get a pair of motorcycle headlight mounts from J C Whitney that clamp on each leg, and a MC side mount 'chopper' headlight can be easily, and sturdily, mounted up. It will look good with that fork. The HD Sportster headlight will also work, but it is a single mount, and rather heavy. Tractor lights are similar, and lighter (try your local 'Farm & Fleet, TSC, etc. or auto parts shop).
If you can, stop down at your local 'chopper shop', or boy road racer/cafe racer shop; they will know what you are talking about. They also might have something in the used bin for you.

Awesome! Thanks for the heads up guys, Ive ordered that rubber tractor light for a quick fix, and I am thinking the motorcycle brackets and headlight is the actual look i'm going for. Thanks a million for the ideas!!

That's exactly what I did, except I bought some inexpensive aluminum fork mounts from eBay. They were too long, so I had to cut some off of each one or else the headlight would stick out too far for my liking. I also bought an old Puch moped headlight with side mount holes, painted it black and am in the process of converting it to LED.
