Bought this bike locally for $75. I thought it was a good buy but can’t determine what the heck it is. Rod brakes are set up euro so I thought it may have more value. No marks on the frame, no head badge and no stamped serial number. Pin striping appears to be hand painted and wondering if maybe it was repainted at some point and the paint on the BB or seat tube is covering the serial number. The only things that stick out are the 13 or B in the bracket on the head tube. Also the name stamped on the hubs “Mariluz”. Searched and couldnt find anything related to bikes. Assume it’s where the hubs were made. some pics below. Thanks in advance for any help!

Some of the hardware looks like a newer design, I would venture a guess this is a “flying pigeon” variant or something along those lines and is from China or maybe India and was not intended for export. Cool bike.

I ended up selling it for $150. Would have loved to keep it, but it was just too small to ride.
